First I Try Reasoning With Myself Internally, Like Things Will Get Better, Just Hang On, Etc. If That Doesn't Work I Bemoan (Cry), I Pray, I Talk With My Very Supportive Husband, I Listen And Sing To Music, To Free My Mind Temporarily From The Pain, Sometimes, It Just Takes Time, And Your Back At The Beginning.

I should pray... usually I so... but I almost always retreat... but not usually after having some sort of fit... which, i've been meaning to work on that... I'll have to pray for patience...
