They only reason he would invoke those powers is if Hilda-beast Clintax bought enough votes to win the election. Then, he would again be doing his job and protecting the country from another great evil of the world-Socialism.

I really wouldn't be too concerned about it.
People were paranoid of the same sort of thing near the end of the Clinton era.
I'm guessing President Bush and Vice President Cheney will be as glad to leave Washington D.C. as anyone could possibly be.
