Anything by Fellini since I always digg deaper into the symbolism.
On the less cereberal side: Bridget Jones' Diary (the first one)-- I just can't help myself since it just makes me smile every bloody time =)
Also, I obsess over Harry Potter films since it's masochistically exciting to highly anticipate a film that has probably butchered the magic of the book!!!!
