No, people get bitten by horses all the time. Stop worrying. If you are that concerned then call and see what they say. Your doc that is.

Yes you should. Do not listen to the person above me. You may need to get a shot and you will most likely need to use an antibacterail ointment for a few days. Just make sure you keep the bite clean and covered till you see the doctor.

Yes, you need to consult a doc. You may need a tetanus shot, and it needs to be verified that the horse has had his rabies shot.

as a general rule I think anytime you are bitten by an animal you should see a Dr. in the meantime keep the bite clean and apply some antibacterial ointment.
