Would you make the rules more similar to the way it is in college or the way it is in the pros? What would you change, if anything?

The College game is fine, in the NFL, I would let the players celebrate more after scoring a Touchdown.

i would have only one rule. no weapons except your own physicallness. let them kill each other to get the ball in the end zone. it's such a boring game i can't believe how many people are brainwashed into watching it. and talk about overpaid! all pro athletes should be the very first ones to go into the military whenever some jackass like bush wants to start a war. they are the most fit for the job, yet the vast majority (not all) are the most cowardly when it comes to serving there country. so yes, i think the game should be played,.... get the ball in the end zone at any cost. kick, punch, beat, cheat, whatever it takes. at least it would be more interesting and those sissys would be earning there millions. at least there not getting shot at and bombs thrown at them for a measly 6 or 8 hundred bucks a month. i wonder how long most of them would continue to "play" football if they allowed spectators one shot with small arms per game when they missed a pass or something. bet they'd all go back to mcdonalds! lol

I would perfer two feet inbounds like the pros and an overtime rule similiar to college where BOTH teams get a chance to score- it is only fair
Other than that I can go either way on rules. Maybe stopping the clock for 1st down isnt really necessary in college either I suppose

I would make it more college that pro rules b/c the ncaa let their players play when their are small peneltys and pros will call one even though it had nothing to do with the play

I doubt i would change anything. Its fine just the way it is. I guess i wouldnt change it, because not too long ago, I just figured it out. :] Maybe if they renamed some of the words it would help other people understand.

far more of the kids have very low attention spans and they need things to be exciting and colorful and lots and lots of action, so you need to make it more like a stockcar race or a movie gangsta rap thug movie or a real fast computer game.
lots and lots of special effects like in the best games, smoke and sparks and booms. all that. and dress up the players with cool suits like black armor and strobe flashers. and some chrome, too.

Add a penalty box, like with Hockey. You'd really have to think twice about fouling someone if it might cause you to be a man down for a few downs.

I would change overtime to sudden death
and get rid of the roughing the passer.....
He plays just like everyone else...

Remove the extra point always go for 2
also make ot timed instead of sudden death
