1st: divide by -50
next three in seq: .0016, -3.2 x 10^-5, 6.4 x 10^-7

(also: .0016, -.000032, .00000064)

2nd: multiply by 2/3
next three in seq: 4/27, 8/81, 16/243

1. Divide each successive number by -50 to get the next one.
2. Multiply each successive fraction by 2/3 to get the next one.

the first one divide everything by negative 50. the second one multiply everything by 2/3.
