Cover here = cover charge: a fixed charge by a restaurant or night club over and above the charge for food and drink
In other words: I'm blonde, so people buy me things. ;)

What the statement means is that blonds don't pay the cover charges associated with getting into some bar and nightclubs. In other words, blonds are so desirable that they are let into such places for free while we, mere mortals, have to pay the cover.

it is a humorous dig at night-club door-men , who traditionally adore Blondes , as compared to any other hair colour , for the ease of which they can pick-up! , and , that most Blondes work on their looks to gain entry because they wear clothes that don`t have pockets , are easy to get out of and back into and they invariably leave their money at home!
this one is not so bad , though i could tell you some stories that would an Afro go straight......night-clubs are a world of their own , let me tell ya!

at bars there is usually a cover charge to get in so the shirt says that blondes don't have to pay charge since they are usually hot and turn the bouncer on and just lets them in
