How do you activate multi player in star ocean till the end of time?

I need step by step instructions preferably and please let me know if there is no multi player feature.

There isn't a regular "multiplayer" in Star Ocean - Till the End of Time. There is an unlockable Verses minigame. (Just fighting, not regular gameplay.) You can do this by obtaining the Paraclesus' Table after you defeat the boss in the Aquatic Gardens of Surferio. Take the Table to Welch Vineyard at the Craftsman's Guild in Peterny. You can find cards that unlock alternate costumes for each character for the Verses minigame throughout the game.
