If USC wins, that's it. It doesn't matter what Arizona State does. With a tie the Division goes to USC, because they won Arizona State.

USC would go to the Rose Bowl if they win on Saturday against the Uclans, because they beat Arizona State on Thursday in Tempe. Should they lose, ASU goes if they beat Arizona. If both lose, it's an absolute mess.

According to the espn team that was calling the ucla / oregon game, which HAD to be the biggest matchup of incompetence for the whole season, USC controls it's own destiny. If we win next week,(and it will take all the skill and concentration we can bring to it, as ucla will be out to be the spoiler) we take the Pac 10. Of course, you have to take into account that Dan Fouts doesn't know what the hell he is talking about, when under the influence of Ducks...but that's what they said.
