You say what values you take on IF you are a multiple of 3. but what if you are not a multiple of 3?

I 'll guess that you are the number i, the square root of
-1,since you typed in lower case. That makes your statement about being a multiple of 3 vacuously true

If 50 So, since the number, y, is any of the 3 values, you have to distinguish which number is y's definite value based on additional parameters. Is there any additional information in the problem?

what's the question?? besides, your statement is false, coz eg 30 is a multiple of 3 but ain't between 50 & 59!!
