Generally speaking, a "jukebox" in computer terms is a device that holds a lot of CDs or DVDs, then you can choose one via software, and the device will pick out the disc you chose and insert it into the drive automatically (and put back the one that was in the drive), probably via some sort of robotic arm, but could just be some simpler feed mechanism.

As all hardware devices that interface with computers, it'd need driver to work. Usually found in VERY LARGE data centers.
