equation: H2SO4 + NaOH --> Na2SO4 + 2H2O
So using ratios:
4.500mol H2SO4/L X 0.025L X (1molNaOH/1molH2SO4) X (L/1.35mol NaOH)
=~0.08M

H2SO4 + 2NaOH --> Na2SO4 + 2H2O

from the balanced equation: 1 mol H2SO4 ~ 2 mol NaOH

Mol H2SO4 = 0.025L x 4.500mol/L = 0.1125 mol H2SO4

Mol NaOH = 0.1125mol H2SO4 x 2mol NaOH/1 mol H2SO4=
0.2250 mol NaOH needed.

V,L NaOH = 0.2250mol/ 1.350mol/L = 0.1667 L
(M = mol/L; L = mol/M)

V, mL = 0.1667L x 1000mL/L = 166.7mL
