You cannot truly make yourself have twins but you can have your OBGYN or RE prescribe a fertility drub called Clomid.. It increases the egg count as well as promote ovulation. Another form is IVF which costs a whole lost more... lol

You cannot make yourself have twins by just having sex....you could take fertility drugs to increase your chances of a multiple birth but then you may end up with 4 or more babies at the same time!

If that was the case I would have a zillion twins at the moment :) Seriously the amount and how long of sex you have doesn't determine twins... most probably wish that could, but it doesn't. Sometimes its just a miracle and other times a product of fertility medications.

There is no natural way, you can have twins naturally two ways, by releasing two eggs instead of one. Secondly, one fertilized egg and split into two (identical twins). Twins are hereditary on the moms side. So if you don't have any twins in your family you probably will not have twins.

You can't " make yourself" . Some people are genetically dispositioned to it and others are just lucky that way. The body can either release two eggs at once or two sperm can fertilize one egg to get twins...

I don't know if it is true, but I read somewhere that older mothers have a higher chance of twins.

No...
Aside from fertility drugs or IVF (which still isn't a guarantee), it's up to heredity (again, not a guarantee, even then) or chance.
