I'm making a short movie and I need to say something before the movie start by saying that

- this movie is just a ficition
-nothing to do with someone who live or died

yeah, something like that but I need a proper sentence

Have you looked at the disclaimers on other films and in books? They just say something like:
"This is a work of fiction, and any resemblance to any person living or dead is coincidental."

this movie is a work of fiction. any references to historical events, real people, or real locales are used fictitiously. Other names, characters, places and incidents are the products of {your} imagination, and any resemblance o actual events, locales or persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.

This is the disclaimer before fiction novels.
