Live with your parents. Ride a bike, take public transit or walk to avoid having to pay for a car and related expenses.
Umm... cut the cell plan down or eliminate it. Buy generic brand groceries. use coupons. Prepare your own meals, don't dine out. Buy clothes at consignment stores.

Don't eat meat. I do, though I've been a vegetarian in the past. When my diet was based on whole grains, veggies, and beans, I ate more cheaply.
Other food-based ideas:
Dairy products are often expensive too. Cut down where possible.
Don't eat out. Even fast food restaurants add up when compared to making a pot of amazing stew and eating/freezing the leftovers.
Good luck!

1. Learn to cook. It is cheaper (and usually healthier) than prepackaged food.
2. Replace your TV with a library card.
3. Cancel your Internet access and sell your computer.
4. Set your thermostat to 65 degrees and wear a sweeter.

One of the easiest ways Americans can save money is to not eat out at restaurants so much. $15 for a hamburger, fries, and a beer at Applebee's? Fahgedabadit!

Get a large cardboard box & sleeping bag= no rent
Beg on street corners for food money.
Cheap enough living?
Otherwise commit some crime & go to prison. Everything is free. Can't get cheaper than that.
