Live with your parents. Ride a bike, take public transit or walk to avoid having to pay for a car and related expenses.
Umm... cut the cell plan down or eliminate it. Buy generic brand groceries. use coupons. Prepare your own meals, don't dine out. Buy clothes at consignment stores.

Don't eat meat. I do, though I've been a vegetarian in the past. When my diet was based on whole grains, veggies, and beans, I ate more cheaply.
Other food-based ideas:
Dairy products are often expensive too. Cut down where possible.
Don't eat out. Even fast food restaurants add up when compared to making a pot of amazing stew and eating/freezing the leftovers.

Get a large cardboard box & sleeping bag= no rent
Beg on street corners for food money.
Cheap enough living?
Otherwise commit some crime & go to prison. Everything is free. Can't get cheaper than that.
