depot Birth control shot questions?

Okay,

well ive been on depo,I havent had my 3rd shot yet.

thy told me that y 3rd shot would make be not able to get pregnant.

well on the 11th me and my b/f had unprotected sex.

Now im having symptons.
could I be preganat.I know I should have waited,but I didnt.Please dont tell me how I messed up.I know I did.I just need serious answers.


I have been felling nauseated in the mornings and sometimes at night.but I havnt vomited yet.Ive noticed that my belt doesnt fit how it used to last night.but wouldnt it be to soon for me to gain weight,and ive also have been getting tired out of no where.please help

NO CONTRACEPTIVE is 100%!

You CAN get pregnant on depo provera. It is only 99% effective.

So any time you have sex you risk the chance of pregnancy.

Please get tested. Even if it was after your third shot you still risk the chance of pregnancy.

You shouldn't be able to get pregnant starting with the first shot of depo--you don't need to wait til the third shot for birth control. Each shot works for about 12-13 weeks. It's possible that you are gaining weight from the depo shot too.
