There is a method called Hall-Pike with Etley. It is a series of physical maneuvers to realign the crystals in your ear. Do a search on the Internet and you will find a step by step procedure or ask your Ear Nose Throat doctor.

750 mg. Timed release NIACIN daily. It is sold from behind the Pharmacy counter.

My Husband had Menieres and Tinnitus (they cause ringing, dizziness, vertigo and nausea) and this was a huge help. Plus stop all caffeine. He was told to stop coffee for years and finally gave it up. In less than a few months it stopped completely.

If you have a cold, it could pay to have your ears checked, or pop them by holding your nose and blowing your nose against the block, as you do to even out air pressure. You could have some fluid in your ear.

Good Luck.
