If it's a Macintosh go to the Blue apple in the menu bar >click on About This Mac >Then click on More info button. Under Hardware choose Graphics and Display and it will Tell you what you have.

If it's a PC Go to about my computer and look for add and delete hardware. it should tell you there what graphics card you have.

Go to your start menu and click on run. In the box, type dxdiag . You should get a screen that comes up telling you everything you need to know! If you don't get it on the first screen, find a tab relating to Display and it may be listed in there! I hope this helped!
