Yes, it's called a digital camera. The more interesting question would be: Do they make a cell phone that doesn't do a damn thing except let you make and take phone calls?

Therefore, no. it is impossible to make strictly a CELL PHONE that can only do what you said, because then it wouldn't be called a CELL PHONE. However, there are many cellular phones that are horrible at making calls but try instead to dazzle you with new features.

that would be called a video camera. but no the whole point of a cell PHONE is to talk on the PHONE wherever you want. lol. if they did that would be downright dumb.

I think what you are asking is do they make a camera that looks like a cell phone. I've read all the mean answers,and every one missed it! That is what you would call Shallow minded people!Myself,I believe If they don't make one, they sure as hell should! With so many sick Gang stalkers following me every where I go,I feel like I'm in the TRUMAN SHOW from HELL! er,......but,.....ah....that's just me talking again........
