YES.

I'd like to ask the adults of the world if you've heard of or remember the words : EXCUSE ME. I'm 24 years old and I have 10x more manners in my pinky than most adults that are twice my age. I hold doors open for people and I don't even get a "Thank you".

I'm sick and tired of people pushing by me instead of saying excuse me or saying anything at all, if they feel so inclined.

GROW UP!!

Better yet, is anyone else tired of asking kids to be considerate, or even just a little considerate? They push their way through crowds, walk 4 & 6 abreast and expect everyone else to move out of their way. They don't hold doors and step all over everyone. They can't drive and put everyone else in danger with their arrogance and speed. Does this generalization work better for you? Or can you see your own arrogance in your statement?

It's unfortunate you should even have to ask this, but you're right, a lot of adults don't recognize young people as deserving of the same courtesies they expect for themselves. I remember vividly watching a man approx. in his 40s literally move my son - who was about 14 at the time, out of his way, and let me tell you I didn't let him get away with it before hearing from me. The best I can say is I try to treat everyone with courtesy and respect, and brought my kids up likewise. My best to you.
