I took it for an oil change a few weeks ago and the battery was tested and it failed the load test. Is it battery, starter, alternator ????????

If your battery failed a load test, then your battery needs to be replaced. However a starter draw and alternator output also need to be performed after the battery is replaced to insure that neither of these caused the battery to fail.

A bad battery may have enough voltage to run your headlights, and radio, but not enough amperage to spin your motor over.

I would get a new battery. Pretty sure that will fix your problem, especially if it already failed a load test.

u didn't say if it turned over or not if it turns over they r known for fuel pump, but if it doesn't, by what u say replace the battery its the easiest thing to do first see if ur light dim or radio shuts off when u try to turn it over ( start it) that a good sign of a bad battery
