ive been told i cud have a keylogger but i dont know how too do deal with it. cos when i come on ther internt it comes up as a blank page saying warning a keylogger is acceesing ur pc.
that blank window says it in the blue bar going across.
i think i am being watch what i go on. my mail in yahhoo has been disappering. all bin not read.

Download SuperAntiSpyware. It will remove the majority of difficult Trojans etc.

Turn off System Restore. Load the application in normal mode but run in Safe Mode. Safe Mode can be started by continually pressing F8 during the boot sequence.
If you are badly infected you might need to run SuperAntiSpyware more than once to give you a totally clean system.

Download the free version of Superantispyware. This program will remove the keylogger if there is one. Plus Superantispyware finds what all other miss. You will also get daily auto. updates. as for ya yahoo address. change the password on a clean machine elsewhere.. NOT the one that says u have a keylogger
you need to boot the pc in safe mode WITH system restore off..
windows key + break > sys restore > tick "turn" off
reboot in safe mode .. tap f8 when its booting up, u get the option
run a spybot scan.. run an upto date virus scan.. also run "the cleaner"..
hopefully it will find things.. and then when its done scanning.. reboot..
you have a firewall if not,download one.. (I use zone alarm) off

also run ccleaner off filehippo again.. cleaner + registry tabs.
if your using filesharing things, limewire etc.. you probably got it off there, fastest way to trash a machine. So better not to use such things.
that should get rid of it, but when u clean the machine, better to lock people out before going back online.. best option is to get someone to download a firewall / av / spybot etc on their machine , burn it to a cd and your good to go..
avg is nice also as a virus killer.

run anti undercover agent ware classes and consider your checklist of put in classes for any humorous looking classes that is keyloggers, verify your keyboard is promptly related to ur pc and there is not something related between keyboard and pc port in case you quite elect to do away with it, decrease back up your information, reinstall living house windows and set your consumer with a password secure account so he can't deploy classes without a admin password

go to the Safer-networking.org web site and download for free.
You do not have to donate- just keep scanning on down until you see the download link.

run spybot search and destroy and as far as were to download programs go strait to the url not any other places. make sure its the right url and not just a look a like page

Download Spybot..its free and it is updated continuously. It gets rid of this. you may want to invest in a firewall, a physicall one is better than the software(linksys, belkin, etc...)
