I know the Arkansas game was a huge upset, but the Tennessee, Kantucky game was amazing

Kentucky game because of the many factors riding on it.
UGA needed UK to win to go to SEC Championship game.
TENN needed it to get to SEC Title game.
LSU needed it to have any chance at all of getting back into the BCS title picture. Of course many other factors there but playing UGA would have been a better game to boost their BCS percentage.

LSU - Arkansas, due to the implications to the national rankings and BCS title game. The Vols-Wildcats game was incredible, but the intangibles favor the Razorbacks upset of LSU.

LSU losing is always a treat. plus that timeout that Nutt called right before the play was pretty sly, even if it didn't really do anything.
