I mean some people just go on and on. The leading Democrats in Congress are not willing to do anything about it. Some say they can not do anything, but the facts are they are not even trying.

So my main question is, do you think the people who go on about Bush being impeached should just shut up already and help elect the next president? I mean we are talking less then a year to the next election. I would think it is time to look ahead, instead of the past. As for today, Bush could not pass gas without help, I doubt if he could pass any legislation on his own. So, comments?

Hubert, I agree with you 100%, but if impeachment has no chance of succeeding, I say it is high time we stop talking about it and go on with other, more productive business. Bush can not muster up support for any new wars (eg: Iran) or any new policies without Congressional approval which he is unlikely to get. Even the Republicans in Congress mainly do not approve of him. I say time to do something productive since Bush is a lame duck President now till he leaves office.

And what, may I ask, would he get impeached for?

Lol... If it's because "he lied" Then I think all the politicians would be guilty.

Might as well shut up about it. Our beds are made-We have to lie in them regardless of who ever made them.
The Democrats are wanting more money for the War. It's not going to stop just because we put someone else in there. I've heard alot of people talking about getting someone in there to stop this War. Honey we are in it now and we have to finish it to. One of my Good Friends was just killed over there a few days back. It's something that can't be swept under the rug that's for sure and there's been alot of sweeping going on for a long, long, time.America needs their Jobs Back and stop this Trade Crap that Clinton put into action. They need to put a lock on the Gas Prices and Tax the people that come down here where we live in this Hell of a Resort and get back some much needed money for Our own County. We have almost been run out of town by people migrating here, and now trying to screw with our laws and messing up our County. Our Taxes are Ridiculous here! Bush needs a Kick in the A** by a donkey or somebody.I don't think he knows what to do really. We're just in a Hell of a mess and it will take a higher power to get us out if we ever do.We Can't impeach Bush either!

I'm not sure on what charges they could impeach him. You cannot impeach a President simply for the reason that you disagree with him. There are always going to be people who disagree with the President, no matter who it is. The reason Congress is doing nothing to impeach Bush is because he has done nothing that could warrant him being impeached. Google impeach and tell me which of the three impeachable crimes Bush has committed.

Ya know what Squirrel, I say NO, let them have their say. These knuckleheads are so out of the main stream, they have no clue as to how much they alienate that 33 % that is independent/undecided. I'm convinced that independent/undecided they may be, that doesn't make them stupid. They are going to figure out that these demegouges have been lieing about what happened before, during, and I see on the horizon the end of the insurgency in Iraq. These independent/undecided voters will associate these leftist radicals with the Democratic party, and hold their canidates accountable for being irresponsible. It's not that the American people don't want war. They want to WIN. That's what isnot reflected in these polls. Let the whackos of the left; the Muthas' the Kucinichs' the Polosis' and Reeds' continue to display how, what's bad for America is good for the Democratic party. It won't take a genius to put 2 and 2 together and cast a vote for the only party that is adult, mature and dedicated to the America and it's people.

No. I want Bush to be impeached. By that I mean I want him to go through the impeachment in Congress and watch the lunatic Dems make absolute jackasses out of themselves trying to make the case against Bush.

By doing so, they would be guaranteeing the Dems would lose power for at least the next couple of election cycles as voters realize just how ridiculous the current Dems are.

it's just Dennis Kucinich for the most part... I find it odd that every Republican tries to make it out ot be all the Dems...

that would be like saying all Republicans believe in Ron Paul's ideas... but it's really just the same old tricks from Republicans...

why? because Kuncinich is a little crazy if you haven't noticed...

and CLUE to Republicans... the 30 percent of Americans that support Bush don't make up a MAJORITY...

Well, Cheney had a motion for impeachment read into the House a week ago. The Dem leadership tried to kill it but the Republican House Members didn't see it that way so the best Pelosi could do was to refer it to Committee where I think she is hoping it will die of inattention.

I think Bush is doing an awful lot unilaterally, like unilaterally publishing rules that temporary worker visas don't require looking for US workers first, etc. I'd be thrilled to have him busy with impeachment, but don't think it is going to happen.

You know, I accidentally got sucked into R&S the other day by a contact, but this time, no--I will not answer questions here. Too dangerous for the likes of me--

The only good reason not to impeach Bush is because that would make Cheney the President.

Considering they hounded Clinton for his personal transgression that killed no one....I can see why they go on and on. However, the future without Bush is so mouth-watering.....
My congressperson is right. If we impeach Bush, just think of who we would have as president....oh no! And that is the only reason Bush hasn't been impeached...he picked someone more evil to be second in line. Clever idea....but not his own.
