The 20th Amendment does not prohibit GW Bush from being president for life. Any petition to have it overturned would be futile as it wouldn't matter even if it was.

That won't be necessary. Cheney can set up another false flag incident and Bush declare martial law and himself dictator for life. Since Bush thinks the Constitution is a goddamn piece of paper anyway he isn't worried about the 20th Amendment or any other.
