Do you still believe in the Easter Bunny?

There are some sites where you can make minimal money - maybe a $5 gift card for completing 10 or more surveys - and they limit the number of surveys you can actually complete. So if you mean any kind of decent money, like a job would pay, no.

If they ask for a fee for you to "join", they might as well just put in big letters on their website "we're scamming you".

You are EXACTLY the kind of "sucker" they are looking for, why would you be willing to PAY A FEE to tell someone else what you think? If they wanted to know what you think, shouldn't they be paying you? Of course!

There is no way to make money on-line "filling out surveys", it's ALL a scam. There are some opportunities top participate in focus groups in the "real world", but typically they are only interested in people who are already successful because THAT'S WHO HAS THE MONEY and the purpose of business surveys is to figure out how to make more money!
