The colors are dull. And it looks like it just...hangs there. Usually people who wear that style of halter dress needs to have very nice shoulders too or else it looks bad on them. I think there are better dresses out there, keep looking =)

The style is quite nice, but I am not sure about the colour and I can't make out the fabric, it doesn't look very nice from that picture.
