My mean and nice voice have both been on strike for the longest. Basically, I have a conglomeration of scabs who lay on their *** all day, and then randomly yell out things like "NO! STUPID! THE OTHER ONE!" or "ARE YOU JUST GOING TO LET HIM GET AWAY WITH THAT?!" and always laugh hysterically right afterward. Took me years to pick up on the laughing, it's rather muffled.

we all have a good inclination and and evil inclination. each wresting with the other for control of the brain. The brain decides who to listen to and then acts. Which ever one wins it gets stronger and makes it easier to make the same decision. So, when we make good decisions it is easier to continue to make good decisions and visa versa. The challenge is no matter how many good decisions we make the evil inclination never takes a vacation. It is an internal eternal battle. Choose wisely

My good voice tells me i should be friendlier,more trusting and give people a chance. My bad voice wants to gag my good voice with a hood and some electrical tape.

I don't listen to the voices in my head, I listen to the voices in my feet, and my therapist says it's completely normal, as long as I take two little orange pills every morning and every night.

I try not to answer the voices in my head, I ignore them and let them fight with each other and which ever one is still standing gets to tell me what to do.
