the pats will and the celtics won't...

The Pats will probably go undefeated with Brady and Moss, but I don't think the Celtics can win it all in the 82 game season. It's only about 12 games in, so it's hard to tell, but I'm sure that the Pats will win it. It's definitely a good year for Boston.

I'd say if the Patriots don't win the Super Bowl it would be a huge disappointment. As for the Celtics, they are good but it's early still. They play in a weak division so they should cruise through the regular season if they can stay healthy. As for the playoffs, Detroit is tough, Cleveland is as good as LeBron wants to be, and Orlando is much improved. And if you manage to get past them, then it's San Antonio or Dallas or Phoenix out of the West. So I'd have to say no on the Celtics, but just making the playoffs is better than the Celtics usually do.

Well the Patriots haven't been stopped by anybody, and they have a good all around team, and they have won The Superbowl before so I can see them winning. But I really doubt that Celtics can get by the Spurs or Suns or Mavs in Finals. Also just so you know the New England Revolution made it to the MLS finals in soccer. Sports are booming in Boston.

Tony L, sorry but the Pats don't have it already done. They barely beat Philly & they still have to play the games before the Super Bowl is just given to them. They still have to play the Steelers & Jacksonville & neither team will be a pushover. The Celtics are off to a good start but San Antonio can beat them in a 7 game series.

It's certainly possible the way both the Pats & Cetics are playing that Boston could win that triple crown.

The only thing better for the city of Boston would be for the Bruins to win the Stanley Cup.

Well i think the Celtics will win the championship if they don't face San Antonio or Phoenix in the finals. but Boston does'nt have a deep bench unlike the Spurs and Suns.

They could. But just because one Boston team won something big, doesn't mean all the others there will. Heck Boston College isn't.

Edit: But if anything, I'm sure the Pats will. Too early to tell for the Celts.

I don't see anyone stopping the patriots. I think only the cowboys have the best chance at stopping them. I believe the celtics can make the finals but winning it will be tough. San antonio or the suns would give the celtics fits in the finals.

The New England Patriots already have it done, the only team to stop them from their championship run is the mighty Indianapolis Colts. After they get by them in a AFC Championship game, they will win the Superbowl against the Dallas Cowboys.

The Boston Celtics however, have a much difficult path to the Championship run, because of the mighty teams in the East. The Pistons, Cavaliers, Magic, and Bulls will all be willing to stop the mighty Celtics.

Celtics-35%
Patriots-90%
