If your parents press charges yeah, he will get in trouble. I wouldn't take that chance.

Well in the US (I'm in Michigan so I'm not sure how it will change in other parts of the country), the legal age to consent to sex is 16. That means if you are having sex now it's illegal even if he is underage. When he turns 18 it is still illegal. So I suggest no sex for the two of you until you turn 16, because if anybody esp. you or your parents say anything to the police and press charges he will get into a lot of legal trouble. Either he will do jail time or plead guilty and have to complete the terms of his sentence. However it goes he will spend his life on the sex offender list. If you watch t.v. programs like Law and Order (esp. SVU) then you know the stigma they get. So way your options and if you really love him, you'll wait until you're 16 so that he doesn't get into any trouble.

Honey you are only 14 why in the hell are you having sex?

Are you financially and mentally ready to take care of a child?

Did you know that even if you use protection there will always be a chance of you getting pregnant...think about that.
Also he will be 18 soon, do you wanna risk your bf going to jail because of you?
Think about it, better yet use your BRAIN.

No you will not be able to have sex with him, he can be arrested. Also, your 14, you shouldn't even be having sex with him now. Live your life and enjoy it, your too young to [possibly] bring a child into this world. Are you ready for one if that happens?
