well if you took out the mag then it would look a lil less bulged

For one, why in the world would you try to hide an AK 47 in your Speedos? For two, are you kidding me asking this type of question?!
No, it's not legal to carry a concealed AK 47 in your Speedos. What in the world gave you the idea? Not to be rude, but it's questions like this that devalue this site.

Insha'Allah, you either have a miniture AK 47 (which is an automatic rifle) or HUGE Speedos!
The only way to carry a hand gun or other piece is to have the same registered through the appropriate governmental offices in the state where you live. Such will vary from state to state.
(And...don't accidentally blow your "ya ya's " off trying to stuff that thing in your shorts...ouch!)

ok wake up the dream sequence is over now.....lol...an ak in your shorts...please......time to put the crack pipe down and have a cup of coffee...carrying any concealed weapon in the state of california is illeagle without a state isseud concelaed weapon permit....and those are darn hard to get i know my father has one since 1968 and in that year he was one of 4 people to recieve this permit...you have to be in certain profesions to get one and still its no guarantee that you will he got very lucky.....now as far as carying a non-concealed weapon..it is perfectly lega to carry any non concealed UNLOADED weapon anywhere youd like in cal...but make sur its empty and you have no ammo on you ...now that wont stop the police from harrassing you or stopping you or shooting your butt if they see you with it but if you meet the standard of the law....non-concealed and empty...then you wont get arrested for it...just maybee dead...thats all....lol
