If a place has humidity in the summer, definitely it will have humidity in the winter also.But the moisture content(not R.H.) may be less as warmer can hold more moisture than cold air.
Mediteranian type of climate has mild ,rainy winters and dry,hot sunny summers.That means the rain occurs in winter .This again means air in winter is humid.
