I think you look kind of young, and that you may look better with a different hair cut... other than that, you look okay. Being funny, athletic, and friendly will probably help you make and keep a lot of friends, and it will probably help expose you to a lot of potential dates. The skin bridge you're describing is called a frenulum. It's a normal part of your anatomy, so don't expect it to turn anybody off because of it.
