Chicken fry it. You know, in egg, then in flour, then fry it. With some country gravy and mashed potatoes. We're actually having that with elk tonight.
With any game, make sure you rinse the blood out really well. I like to soak mine in salt or baking soda for about 1/2 an hour. Then drain and prepare.
You can also make stews, roast, burritos (we often make bunny burritos), stroganoff. I think the soaking is the main thing. Other than that, use it any way you want.

It is very good if you have some of it made into sausage and use a little pork fat in the mixture. Also, cubed is very good. I usually have some made into burger with beef fat added in the process. Try to take some and marinate it with Italian dressing overnight, then either fry of slow cook it with onions and gravy.

I get most of mine ground into burger. If I do eat steaks or roasts, I think slow cooking in a crock pot is best. Add onions, carrots, and potatoes too,

I think steaks are best marinated and then grilled. Or you can wrap it in bacon and cook it - the added fat makes it tasty!
