Yes it is enough, but the real question is: Is the sperm powerful enough to go into the cell membrane of the egg and fuse with its nucleus to produce the baby. If this isnt possible this problem is what cause infertility, where the sperm although in contact with the egg, is not able to fuse with nucleus to form a fertilized egg.

You only need 1 sperm.
1ml of semen contains millions of sperm. The average male produces 2 to 5ml during intercourse.

Better believe it. Spermatozoa are microscopic, and it only takes one of the little critters to pierce an egg, and Whhhaaaallllllaaaah!!!:you have a new human being.

All an egg needs to be fertilized is one sperm.
Occasionally two may impregnate the same egg; this is one way in which un-identical twins are born.

yes it is enough my friend. It only takes one sperm to get a girl pregnant. Yes, it is harder if a little goes in, but nevertheless, it's enough.
If she/you gets pregnant you are extremely unlucky lol
