Norton blocked a worm while I was on the DeviantArt.com website, but it happened while I was opening Wikipedia in another tab. If I didn't have an account on DeviantArt.com, I would turn the security and privacy settings up to max. What are your recommendations?

I can assure you that "DeviantArt", is a trusted website. I have used this site since first becoming available and never once have I had a virus or spyware from this site.

Plus "CallingID", verifies the site as safe. Along with other security systems I have in my pc, these programs will block any site that is has embedded trojans or spyware.

Deviantart is a trustworthy site, although as with anything that has user-submitted content just exercise some caution if you start downloading some peoples' submissions.

I recommend that you relax. deviantART is a trustworthy website and I doubt that there is any need for you to worry.
