I love to give to others and to see the happiness that it brings them!! I am more comfortable with that then to receive it myself!!

Good question I have to say recieving makes me happy. But giving brings me joy and because it brings happiness to someone else I feel even better about it cuz I know I fel when I receive something. So basically you have to know the joy that comes with receiving to really know the benefits of giving.

I really enjoy giving more than receiving. I shop way in advance and choose special gifts for people, but when it comes to receiving, I really get embarrassed. Especially if it's something I especially want. I don't know why.

You took the words out of my mouth!!! Every year it seems like it gets harder and harder to tell people what I want for Christmas, but I already know what I want to get everybody else months in advanced!!! The reaction on someones face when they receive something they enjoy is priceless and I love giving that to people.

Yes. I am long past the need of more junk in my house or bad choices made by others in clothing items. The only gift that excites me is being taken out to lunch or dinner!
The look on someone's face when they receive something that they really wanted or needed---Priceless!

Yes, I do. That is an amazing feeling to give to someone else that is needing something more than you. I love to help others and know that I can have enough to share and give...I have been blessed and I like to spread that around. It really does the heart good.

I have always been the 101% giver. Now, tho, I am with another giver. It isn't going to be easy with both of us givers...so, I think we have to learn to take, say Thank you, and give some more.

yes and no. i get satisfaction out of making others happy but when they don't do the same in return i tend to get upset.

i like getting presents more than giving them i just get more of a thrill when i get one more than me giving it someone else
