the decision is not yours to make, you need to narrow yous selection and talk to your counselor about applying to schools and see who accepts you.

Use the Counselor-o-matic tool at PrincetonReview.com.
I tried this using my own data (from 40 years ago!), but I would say this gives you some very reasonable choices.

Other advice/info: Find out the average SAT scores for the schools you are considering using the U.S. News and World Report or Princeton Review 2008 publications (recently released). As far as SAT scores go, I believe your best choice is that your SAT scores should be over the average for your school; avoid the being at the extreme ends of the scale. If your scores are too low, chances are you will not be able to compete. If your scores are too high, you will be insufficiently challenged. There can be exceptions to this “rule.” If you have been accepted at a great school despite low SAT scores and you are willing to work hard, by all means go for it. SAT scores are, of course, only one factor. Balanced social life, access to cultural events, congenial learning atmosphere, and track record of the school in getting jobs for grads are also factors to investigate. Furthermore, the choice of school is a relatively small factor for actual success in life, where motivation and focus take over.

Depends on what your extracurriculars are...and your SAT II's...but based just on your scores, look at McGill in Canada...and in the U.S.--look at:
Reaches: Boston College, Swarthmore, Haverford, Carnegie Mellon (good for science), Colgate, Hamilton, Tufts (good for all the things you want), NYU, George Washington U
Target(ish): Babson (great for business), Skidmore, Franklin & Marshall (also good for business), Brandeis, Lehigh, Connecticut College, UMass Amherst
Target/Safety: Syracuse, Union, Ithaca, UConn Storrs campus, American U, Boston U
Safety: Drexel, Northeastern, Muhlenberg, Hobart & William Smith
