Chia pet? Isn't that a plant? I dont think someone should get punished for that. If a chia pet is a live animal, I think theyre punishement should be to have it taken away&a $100 dollar fine, i HATE it when people do that, also when they tie up their dog for long periods of time&when they leave their pets outside during the winter&summer&when they put them into fights&whenever someone mistreats an animal in any way, it makes me so angry!
