A principle of quantum physics is that there's no such thing as a system independent of the observer. Paradoxes like Schroedinger's Cat result. If that's not what you're asking about, I don't understand your question.

The brain consumes power. My faint recollection is that it's equivalent to about 7 watts.

its aknown fact that we only use about 10% of our brains capacity..those with other powers or gifts use slightly more...yes the mind has great powers to do many different things
