Rudy Giuliani, though he was not the president, you can do a report on the post 9/11 attack, and what he did for the City of New York.
Hopefully he will be President.
For Ryan O's comments, Clinton being a great president? Being out of debt isn't something that you can contribute to Clinton's presidency b/c that has hurt us more then helped us. And first, we wern't out of debt, we will never be out of debt, our deficit was in the positive. This was possible by cut backs, such as military funding, which we saw wasn't a good idea when we started the war after 9/11. Do you remember, i'm sure you read about it, about troops not having the proper armor and so on.....
Didn't know lying under oath was a prerequisit to a great president. Whether you push that to the way side or not, it is a pretty big deal, and a simple "i'm sorry" doesn't stop the fact that he still lied.
N.Korea~ we'll go there! How about this article which if you want, i'll back up with more sourcing http://archive.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2003/1/7/164846.shtml

I believe you will find it easy to find info on Clinton being a great president and GW Bush being the worst. There are much more facts to support this. I independently look at stuff and spend a lot of time looking at the information from independent legit news. The firemen from NY city put out a documentary on Giuliani. Believe me they don't like him. I have read a huge amount about it.
There is plenty info on Bill Clinton... A lot of people hate him because of the sex thing.. But he was a great president... Times were good and we were out of debt.
A lot of time can be spent looking into this stuff and you can get really passionate. Good things by one president can negatively effect the life of another. Therefore it is great for some but bad for others. You probably could throw a dart at a board of presidents and write a book on the positive and negatives of them. I pointed out what I thought would be easy. Maybe it would be best to come up with our own opinion and that way it won't be wrong for you. Your teacher will not grade you on your opinion. Roosevelt did alot positive and he was a workaholic. Negative could be anyone.

Since you are looking for politicians and preferably presidents, I can rule out MacArthur. Personally, I think any leaders during World War II would be interesting to read about. This war changed the world.
Had we lost this war, we'd all be speaking Japanese.

Yes.
Clinton used the Presidency to pick up chicks.
He used to do the same thing at Family Reunions in Little Rock.
That was cool!
