Gosh ... all of it really. I mean what's there not to like? The food .... the music .... the food ... the birth of our Lord .... the food ... the giving ... did I mention the food?? ;-p (I could do without the commercialism and crowded stores though.)
Christmas was always really magical for me as a child and I try to make it that way for my son. Kids deserve that - it's one of the best memories of childhood. But of everything that goes on around the holidays I think my very favorite is the feeling of peace and human kindness that seems to turn even the grumpiest of grumps a little more friendly and bit less selfish.
You always hear that it's too bad it can't last all year ... and it really is ... but if that's what it takes to get it ~ I'll take it. Better at Christmas than never I say ... and to me that's one of the things that makes Christmas so special and also my favorite holiday of all.

I can't pick just one!
The giving is my favourite but I enjoy all of it.
The decorating.
The Christmas Music.
The food.
The baking with Mom and testing all the product.
Shopping - although I could do without the crowds.
The wrapping with the help of the cats.
The writing of the Christmas Cards - remembering everyone that is dear, especially at this time of the year.
The receiving of gifts and cards. Especially ones from friends from afar and long lost souls.
I like it all! It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Celebrating the delivery of Jesus Christ is my type a million. Then some bonuses are: the colors The smells provides (I recommend, come on, who would not love 'em?) I like a lot of it, too....but if I really have to pick a favourite part, it is probably opening presents with my family around me on Christmas morning.

I think the part where we gather for a meal and afterward just visit. Sharing memories of past celebrations is also enjoyable.
