The spelling is: "Mayer" according to Wikipedia... both words Oscar and Mayer are capitolized in the article...
If you don't want to take wikipedia's word for it, Oscar Mayer is now owned by Kraft Foods... http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf ; but their link to the Oscar Mayer homepage is currently not working.
