Pretty warm during the day, but a little cold at night. Since it is high desert it gets down into the 40s or 50s at night, 70s 80s during the day. Check out SpinCityTravel.com and type in Las Vegas under travel advisories in the Book Travel section for up to date weather reports

Our weather is cooler at the beginning of December and cold at night because this is the desert. The average should be around 55-60 during the day but as low as 35 at night. It depends on whether you are used to cold or hot weather, and the level of humidity. On a good day, our humidity should range from 5-10%.

Just remember you might wear shorts during the day but at night, outside, you will need long pants. And the casino could be cool so make sure you have a sweater to wear in the casino, night or day.

Me, I wear a nice long sleeved shirt and jeans or cords during the winter, socks and shoes, no sandals or Berkenstalks.

Winter can have sudden cold winds from the north that makes even the sunniest day cold (for locals).

Have fun! Good luck on the tables/slots.

FREEZING at night, and nice during the day. Pack some light long sleeved shirts for the daytime and some heavy coats for night, and pants. The temp drops 10 - 20 degrees when the sun goes down (about 5 pm).

I live here. Today we will be 63. Right now(9:30 am) 55. At night we are hitting 38. We hardly ever get rain!! We are clear sky's right now. So that 60% of rain is a crock!!! LOL So in Dec we will be around 50-60 durring the day time. & Night time around 30-35. We get very windy! Hope this helps!!

It's really cold! Bring your heaviest jacket and all your sweaters and long pants. I just got back and it was 50 degrees high one day. Brrr. There is no clouds to insulate so when the sun goes down, it is cold. Rain shouldn't be a problem. I go to LV every December. Check out link below

I am going there the 1st week of December as well. I know the high's are in the low 60's. Sunday and Monday is supposed to be 60% chance of rain. Last year we went at this time And we were in short sleeves during the day and a light jacket at night. Of course we are in the North part of the country, and down there is like a heat wave for us.

Its still pretty sunny most of the time!
It hasn't rained in months.
I haven't checked the forecast so I don't know if its going to rain in the near future or not.
