The cocoa makes it dark, and 'white' chocolate, isn't actually chocolate because there is no cocoa in it, it is more like buttercream.

Simple.
All chocolate starts off green.
They use brown crayons to colour in the brown chocolate.
And they put snow in the white chocolate.. the whiteness cancels out the green.
And when chocolate melts, its actually the snow melting.
