Yes. =) I have blue and amber eyes, and I love blue eyes on guys. =P (That's not to say brown eyes are ugly, though... Some people have really nice light brown eyes.)

I believe blue eyes or any light coloured eyes are more likely to be damaged by bright lights as well as the strong sunlight if they are not protected.
