I do!! I constantly witness pro-lifers saying that abortion is wrong and it's murder. Through science and by law abortion is NOT constituted as murder. I don't view or analyze abortion morally, I analyze abortion matters scientifically.
Many people argue that if a person kills a pregnant woman that the person will be charged with double homicide. This is true. But do people realize that the courts have to PROVE that the child took a breath before the charging the person with double homicide?!
Abortion usually occurs during the early stages of pregnancy where the fetus has not even taken a breath. So by this, abortion is not murder and the doctors who perform abortions are not murderers.
Also, if abortion was murder, wouldn't it be illegal since, murder is against the law?

I also believe people who are pro-life should support not limit themselves to only supporting the unborn, but the living as well. It seems that many pro-lifers are more concerned about the unborn and stop caring about the child after they are born.
The government should play no part in abortion matters and it should be a personal choice between the mother and the father. If people think abortion is wrong, then don't have one.
What are your thoughts?

I am very passionate about woman's rights. If you think abortion is wrong, like I said before, then don't have one. But anti-abortionist shouldn't influence abortion laws.

JJ, sorry but you have no idea what you are talking about. If you feel the baby kick then it already took a breath. Most abortions are preformed before that stage.

I don't know who you consider to be "outsiders", but you need to understand that laws are created to support the moral view of the majority. The only significant legislation since Roe v. Wade that I am aware of is the criminalization and banning of partial birth abortions which was signed into law by President George W. Bush with overwhelming bi-partisan support. If you don't know what a partial birth abortion is, look it up, and you'll understand the moral outrage that such a procedure was allowed to be performed under the "Right to choose" broad interpretation of Roe v. Wade. As far as a second count of homicide requiring that the child take a breath, you're wrong! The child does not breath until it is out of the womb, yet most states, as long as the fetus was viable and presumed healthy at the time of the murder of the mother, they can and do prosecute the death of the fetus as a second count of murder. Now, if the mother delivers the fetus and then the fetus does not take a breath, it is very difficult to substantiate murder. A child that is delivered but never takes a breath is considered to be still born and not a criminal act. So, in the womb is 2nd count of murder; post delivery, the fetus had to have taken a breath.

"anti-abortionist shouldn't influence abortion laws."......what a hypocrite!! Pro-abortionists influenced abortion laws because at one point it was ILLEGAL! Hopefully someday soon it will be illegal once again.
The ONLY good thing about abortions is that its liberals killing future liberals. I know....it's harsh, but it's also true.
Abortion is not murder?. Wrong! Murder takes life away from living things. You should think about pregnancy before you decide to have unprotected sex or not. THAT'S when the "choice" should be made. Killing an unborn child is not a solution to ones problems. Abortion directly involves the rights of at least two people: the mother and the unborn child.

but hey it never is a matter between the mother and the father.. and it SHOULD BE!!! seems like the mother? can we call her that? wants to do what she wants to do.. i say if it`s what they BOTH want not just (mother)....if the father? wants the child i mean fetus to become human and have it born so it can take a breath.... He should also have that right to refuse the (mother)to kill i mean murder i mean abort ,terminate the baby?since he helped make the unborn fetus alien non human CORRECT? i would say so!!! and by the way i have had 4 fetus, non human alien babies.. never once have i ever thought to kill, murder, terminate abort them.. why don`t you go on some of the abortion sights and take a good look at what is human... and what some women do?.....all because it`s their choice... go ahead and take a good look!!!!!!!

would that fetus not become a living being?
by having an abortion are you not taking away that beings chance at living life before it even gets a chance to live?
sure, you may not be ending someones life, instead you are taking away its chance to live.
you dont even allow that living being to experience life.
you want to agree with abortion simply due to law? well they want to change the law to disagree with abortion, why wouldnt you agree with that law?
how would you feel if your mother said 'i dont want this being that is growing inside of me to experience life so im just going to get rid of it before it has the chance to even see a sunset or experience love'.
i think its bullshit.
its certain that one that has an abortion most certainly can not claim to christianity.
your not taking the life away from some one.
your not even allowing that someone to live its life.
and you think theres nothing wrong with that.
well i think theres something wrong with you.

if abortion is legal there will be no worry of becoming pregnant because it will be known that you dont need to have the child.
if you dont want the child, dont get pregnant.
you should not be able to "get rid" of your baby just because you dont want a baby.
if you dont want to have a child that bad use protection, get birth control, and if you do have a child, at least give it up for abortion and allow it the chance to ******* live.
there are only a few things in this world that provide more anger then sadness, and this is one of them. though it is sadenning as well.

Take away all Federal funding of abortion and I will shut up. Make the person getting the abortion pay 100% of the cost.
Why should I be made to pay for someone elses stupid lack of birth control choice. Oh and for those who say its rape? No police report, no abortion.

I agree 100%. The only thing abortion destroys is a small ball of rapidly multiplying cells. NOT A PERSON. I don't see how logically anyone could call it murder... I mean, if I step on a bug it is more murder than if I have a little ball of cells scraped out of my uterus. The bug is ALIVE, the cells are not.
The government needs to keep its laws out of women's vaginas, it should be her choice and hers alone if she wants an abortion. They should be available free or very very cheaply on request. I don't believe a government should have any right to legislate on something like that, which should be a private matter for a woman (and her partner) to decide.

Your argument is circular. Abortion would only be murder if it were illegal, and since it's not, then it's not murder.
But, if it is a human life that's being killed, how can that not be murder? Reality is not defined by the laws that exist at that point in time, but by what is real. You can find all sorts of hideous things that have been legal at one point in history, but that doesn't make them right.

NO, NO, NO! It is still murder! You can feel the baby kick and you know there is a human in there and I do not think that you should be allowed to kill for your lack of responsibility. Is this not just another means of birth control? The government should be involved and drastically enforce strict punishments for those who KILLED the baby. I do care about the baby afterwards, and LOTS of people who aren't able to have babies would LOVE to adopt one.

I do not. Abortion should be a state's issue. The Federal Government has no right in telling every state to support murder if some choose not to.
Even more so, abortion is a human rights issue and EVERY human has the right to live versus being snuffed out for convenience. If it were not so difficult to become pregnant, pro-abortionists would have more of a leg to stand on.
