I am looking for a job and am in total meltdown. I need help and advice and have no clue as to where to look for it. I don't want my career to be over, but I'm in a hole I can't seem to get out of and my confidence is down so low I can't even fill in an application, let alone write a letter of introduction. I have been teaching abroad for a couple of years and this has not helped. Pleas email mcintyre1964@yahoo.com

Nobody seems to understand this question at all - I need specific help - I need to talk to someone, a generic "cheer up" isn't going to do the job.
