Umm - as much as this guy has been all over the news saying he was tasered for "speeding" he wasn't.
He was tasered for refusing to follow an officers directions and resisting arrest.
A police officer risks his or her life every day to uphold the law - this guy thought he could act like a self-righteous jerk and get out a ticket. When he turned and headed back to his car for all the cop knew he was going for a weapon.
The dude was wrong - the cop was right.

If you are referring to the Utah incident, he did not get tasered for speeding. Nobody gets tasered for speeding.
They get tasered for not obeying a lawful order. In this case he was clearly told he was under arrest, and was told to put his hands behind his back. He refused. In fact, every taser video I have seen has an officer giving someone a lawful order before they get tased. I'm pretty sure if everyone did what they were told, there would be no taser videos for you to watch.

I doubt very seriousely I would be tasered for simply speeding. If you got tasered, I'm sure there is more to the story that you are not telling.
But, yeah if I did, I would probably flail around on the ground with spit dribbling down my chin. And you?

Well I certainly would never be tasered for any reason, because if a police officer ever stopped me I would cooperate 100%.
No reason to taser a speeder when they cooperate, And i have been stopped for speeding and because of my cooperation (I guess) I have not recieved a ticket.

I would not be. Because he would have to taser me through my window because I don't get out of a car at a police stop until told to by the cops.
And I also comply when an officer tells me to.
