i think my own reality centers on facing up to duties, responsiblities and problems in a rational, goal-oriented way.
being comfortable with oneself is best achieved through effort, caring and self-motivation.

That is a tough question, my friend...
I'd say that it is what you see when you look around you and sadly, it is not good... there is violence, lack of love, lack of humanity everywhere ...
But on the other hand, "my reality" is a good one, I am truly blessed with people who love me, in a peaceful country with a reasonable standard of life ... I might not have everything I want but certainly everything I need. I leave that for my dreams which will be part of my reality someday soon...
